Maximum download speed (KB/s) - The maximum allowed download speed in KB/s of this user. 0(default) means unlimited download speed.
Maximum upload speed (KB/s) - The maximum allowed upload speed in KB/s of this user. 0(default) means unlimited upload speed.
Maximum connections per user - The maximum allowed number of simultaneous connections of this user. 0(default) means that the user can have unlimited simultaneous connections.
Maximum connections per IP - User's per IP maximum simultaneous connections. 0(default) means unlimited per IP simultaneous connections.
Hide public virtual path from this user - After enabling this option, this user will not be able to see and access any public virtual path.
Hide group virtual path from this user - After enabling this option, this user will not be able to see and access any group virtual path.
Buffer for sending data (KB) - Socket buffer for sending data to the client. The Unit is in KB. 0(default) will use 32KB as the socket buffer size. FTP clients will normally have better throughput with a large socket buffer, especially when users are in the Gigabyte Ethernet. Increasing the size of this buffer will normally result in better download speed. But be aware that the socket buffer will use non-paged pool memory of Windows kernel, there is total 256M non-paged pool memory limitation in the kernel. So don't use a very large socket buffer, if the FTP server has many online users downloading files. The default value of 32KB socket buffer can provide good throughput, although 64K, 128K, 256K can provide higher throughput. You may try the socket buffer size by yourself to find the best socket buffer value in your environment.
Buffer for receiving data (KB) - Socket buffer for receiving data from the client. The Unit is in KB. 0(default) will use 32KB as the socket buffer size. FTP clients will normally have better throughput with a large socket buffer, especially when users are in the Gigabyte Ethernet. The Unit is in KB. Increasing the size of this buffer will normally result in better uploading speed.
FTP command speed - It controls FTP commands/second a user can execute after his login. The value is between 0-1000, 0(default) means the user's FTP command speed will follow the "FTP command speed after user login" setting in the virtual server.
Maximum user idle time - Maximum idle
time(in seconds) for this user. If the maximum user idle time has a value other than 0, it will be used as the maximum idle time for this user. Otherwise, the "Maximum user idle time" value in the virtual server setting will be used.
